Product Questions
Are your products digital or physical products?
My courses, calligraphy workbooks, and watercolour workbooks are digital— so you purchase it and get an instant download that you can print and work on right away! There is no shipping required.
My brush pens, starter kits, and printed calligraphy workbooks (limited edition items that are not always available) are physical items that will be shipped within Canada and the U.S.
How long will I have access to my workbooks?
Indefinitely! You will never lose access to workbooks or courses that you’ve purchased.
Why are there two versions of the calligraphy workbooks?
There are two formats of this workbook available, sold separately: one for small pens and one for big pens.
The only difference is the size of the traceable sections— slightly smaller for pens with small tips, and slightly larger for pens with big tips. You’ll want to purchase the workbook that fits the pen size you’ll be using.

Which type of pen should I choose?
It totally depends on personal preference. Small pens are generally easier for beginners, but lots of people prefer the big pens! I suggest trying both out to do some drills, first, and see which one you prefer.

How do I pay? Can I buy your products internationally?
You will be able to pay directly with a credit card, or using PayPal if you prefer that. If you’re using a currency other than U.S. dollars, you can choose your local currency with the drop-down in the menu bar. Your bank/credit card will automatically do any currency conversion for you.
The digital versions of my products are available internationally, but only select physical items are available for international shipping.

I noticed your website is in U.S. dollars, how does that work if I'm not in the U.S.?
My workbooks and courses show prices in U.S. dollars (USD). You are able to convert the prices to your local currency using the drop-down in the menu bar at the top of the page.
Your bank will automatically convert the purchase to your own currency, and you will see it reflected on your bank statement.
Are refunds available for your digital products?
With your purchase of a calligraphy or watercolour workbook, you will receive INSTANT access to your downloadable files and trainings. Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are not available.
